Ms. Wen Jiang is a Business Data Analyst I at OEAS with a primary responsibility to efficiently and effectively provide analytical reports to various university stakeholder at UCF. Ms. Jiang graduated from University of Central Florida with a master degree in statistical computing – Data Mining Track. In her role at OEAS, Ms. Jiang manages the survey creation, administration, and reporting of various university-level student surveys, creation of data sets, development and maintenance of enterprise business intelligence applications for information delivery, and performs higher-order statistical analysis to evaluate student success and university operations in both academic and administrative areas.
